AIESEC Week 2012, so excited!!
Leadership is not about tradition, it’s about innovation.
And this is something I’ve had a hard time balancing -tradition and vision. I know deep down that I should have pushed through with those changes, huge ones that may go against the norm. I have implemented some, but I’ve been too skittish and scared of rejection to even suggest the others.
But no..we can’t be stagnant, we can’t keep doing what we’ve been doing all along because to get something you don’t have you have to do things you haven’t done.
