Not everyone will like your ideas and the way you do things. While there is a need to be flexible, it’s important to have conviction in your decisions..to not bow to other people’s every negative comment or reaction.

You can’t please everyone -you can’t. In the end, though, it’s not about simply pleasing everyone and thereby barely doing anything. It’s about pioneering radical change..and radical change (or change of any sort, for that matter) is always met with at least a bit of resistance, in the first place.

Also, not everyone will have a clear understanding of what is going on all the time. Some people will be clueless throughout the process, and thereby have their own assumptions. Some people will only realize how wrong they were, once you’ve given them amazing results. Do not lose it before you can deliver said results. Surprise attack them.
